- **Deposit:** A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the tour.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- **Cancellation by You:** If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- **Cancellation by Us:** We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to keep any changes to a minimum.
5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate coverage.
6. Health and Safety
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
- We adhere to all local health regulations and provide necessary safety measures on our tours.
7. Visas and Documentation
- It is your responsibility to obtain and carry the necessary visas, permits, and other travel documents required for your trip. We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper documentation.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour, except where such loss, injury, or damage is caused by our negligence.
- We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Behavior
- You are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards other travelers, our staff, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the tour if their behavior is deemed unacceptable.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
